"Staying Positive In Modern Times" Jasmin: "In this day and age, I think the largest cause of depression is that our society is a little backwards in my opinion. There's a large focus on stuff, getting stuff, more stuff, and people think that the more they get, the happier they'll be. You know, "If I have the best job, if I have the best body, if I have the best guy" if I have the best anything, you're supposed to feel better, and I think that's a huge cause because you're not realizing that you take care of yourself from the inside out, and that all those things are just a positive addition. The point is, if you get all those things, ultimately if they're gone, you're still left with you. So it's really learning how to switch that and focus on internal fulfillment, rather than external."
