PMS & Periods - Stephanie & Yu Ting's Story Transcript

I don't know; how do like people describe it to you when you learned about it? Well basically they just said it sucks. Every woman has told me it sucks, you get bad cramps and everything like that, and get bitchy. I craved certain foods, I craved sex, I get very irritable, very emotional. I don't know exactly know how much I believe in like the physical symptoms of PMS because I hate that people use it as excuses. I do notice though that like it's always, like everything has to come down like around that time of month. Like not just your period but like everyone else is going crazy too and you've got like crazy school and like nothing is going right and like the period just really doesn't help. Also the pain and that's why we get put on birth control is to regulate the pain and regulate -- like some girls when they flow they flow. So -- I get exhausted too like but I can't sleep. So it's like really just sucks, it sucks for women basically. Like it's also a good thing because then that means you're not pregers -- Yeah not pregnant, unpregancy pact.
