Osteochondritis Dissecans (OCD) - Jason's Story

I was pretty athletic. I used to play hockey, soccer, did a whole bunch of sports.

Hi. I'm Jason, from Metuchen, New Jersey.

I actually first started having knee problems when I was in like grade school. I'd say probably like second grade. I chipped both my knees on the gym floor, and actually, that's when I started to go the hospital and get my knees checked out. I had to go through a few doctors and see what was really going on.

It wasn't until up to a few years ago that I really hurt my PCL. I had two months of therapy on my knee, three days a week going to the therapist.

I didn't really think it would affect me too badly, but all those years of really playing hockey, roller hockey for about six years when I was younger, really affected the way I could do things.

Knee's been pretty good over the last year or so, so that's about it.
