After the accident, it was very frustrating for me because I was in a lot of pain.



How you doing? I'm Lamar. I'm from New Jersey. You know, a lady ran - ran a stop sign, t-boned me at an intersection. Right after the accident, I didn't really get treatment right away. I - kind of wanted to stick it out.



My friends would call me up and just ask me if I wanted to play basketball, or go play, you know, go play a couple rounds of golf, but I - I just couldn't. Eventually, I decided to see somebody about a week and a half after the accident.



The MRI came back as me having a herniated disc in my neck. You know, they gave me a little neck adjustment. They made me go three times a week, then two times.



Take my advice, you know, if you - if you suffer any of these injuries, you want to get treatment right away. You know, so you can get better as soon as possible, you know, so you can be up and running around.
