Hepatitis - Reese's Story

Basically, when I - I was a kid, I was in high school and had to keep going back and forth to the doctors for some reason. They were drawing blood, and they had found something wrong.

Reese. It was - actually, it was my high school senior year, and it was in November, because it was right before Homecoming, and I was supposed to go to the game, because I had [unclear] and actually had to go into the hospital. My mom took me, and they were going to run some tests. I didn't think it was a big deal, except I knew that I would miss a lot of events and stuff. And then I found out why they had us change clothes and had an IV put in, and - which I wasn't very happy with that because I had never had it before, it was painful. They had to run some tests to see if I had hepatitis, or - they didn't know what was happening.

But - there was nothing wrong, except apparently, I carry, I don't have it - it's like a carrier gene of hepatitis C. It's nothing that I could ever pass to you [unclear] child maybe they could get it. It's just in my genes, it's not even that I actually the carrier type, disease or syndrome.
